To find the answer,we put g(x) into the equation by substituting the number x inside the equation:

(a). g(9)=(9)-5/2
=6 1/2 or 13/2

(b) g(0)=(0)-5/2
=-5/2

(c) g(3)=(3)-5/2
=1/2

(d) g(17)=(17)-5/2
=29/2 or 14 1/2

Hope it helps!
