What happens if your driving with a learners permit by yourself and you are going 40mph past the speed limit and get pulled over what happens? What are the offenses against me
the offenses against you is that you will a get ticket and if you have a parent with present when you got pulled over it shouldn't be that bad and if you don't have a parent present then you will get a fine or they can tow your car away for not having parent present pr you can go to jail for like 2 to 3 yrs
