3. Decreased Vision

Drinking can blur your vision, or make your eyes to move out of control. You might even partially lose control of your eye movements. This visual impairment can affect the way you judge the distance between your car and other cars or other objects on the road.

4. Increased the Chance of Having an Accident

Although traffic deaths have declined in recent years, there are still around 10,000 deaths caused by alcohol-related accidents each year in the United States. According to the CDC, alcohol cause, approximately, one in every three vehicle deaths in the country.

5. Potential Legal Ramifications of Drinking & Driving

All countries have increased punishments for these violations, and all violators will be arrested and prosecuted accordingly. Beyond the consequences, you must also report your DUI or DWI on any job application that needs information, and may not be able to rent a car. You may also be refused entry into several other countries because of your belief regarding alcohol as well.
