New Equation {Added Square Both Sides} :
$( \sqrt{x} )^{2} \ \textgreater \ 6^{2}$

Solution {New Equation Solved} :
x > 36

So, this means that the solution to  $\sqrt{x} \ \textgreater \ 6$  is  x > 36.
