Suppose you are a carrier of fragile X syndrome and want to have children. Would you choose pregnancy, adoption, or surrogacy?

In my opinion, I would choose to get pregnant and keep the baby because Fragile X Syndrome makes the X chromosome smaller at the bottom causing the baby to be mentally handicap. I think it's wrong to give a baby up JUST because of a mental disorder.
