Answer : Yes 4(2/3) is the same as 4 groups of (2/3)

Explanation
4(2/3) requires to be multiplied and when multiplied the answer is 2 2/3. Also in 4 groups of (2/3)   in order to find the total number in all the groups you have to multiply and the answer is 2 2/3 .
