Online video platforms can be a powerful and useful tool for entertainment and education, but they can also be addictive and counterproductive, for me it's important to stop using them because I spend way too much time in them and I could use that time to prepare myself to be successful; I am not alone, this is a general problem, just in America 85% of teenagers use this platforms, and 45% of them are using the app constantly, this is a serious problem because every day we spend more and more time using this platforms and we don't prepare for success.
