F=ma
W=F*distance
375J=(45kg)(a)(5m)
a=375/(45*5)
a=1.67m/s^2
F=ma = 45kg * 1.67m/s^2=75N

Or go straight there like this:

W=F*distance
375J=F(5m)
F=375J/5m
F=75N
