Not EXACTLY sure what you're looking for here, but I found the amount of cheese per person in Sarah's dish and in Amy's dish. For Sarah's dish, each person is getting [tex] \frac{2.5}{10} = \frac{1}{4}cup [/tex]. In Amy's dish, each person is getting [tex] \frac{1.6}{8} = \frac{1}{5}cup [/tex]. Each person eating Sarah's dish is getting 1/20 cup more cheese than each person eating Amy's dish. Like I said, not sure exactly what you're looking for, but that's a start! ; )
