Okay so reflecting over y = -x is just (-y, -x). So A' is (-3, 2). now when you reflect over the x axis you are changing the sign of the y coordinate. so A" is (-3, -2).
Your answer is (-3, -2)

From the added picture you can see that after reflection point A about the line y=-x the coordinates of image point A' are (-3,2).
Then after reflection point A' about the x-axis, the coordinates of A'' are (-3,-2).
Answer: A''(-3,-2).
