The respiratory system does two very important things: it brings oxygen into our bodies, which we need for our cells to live and function properly; and it helps us get rid of carbon dioxide, which is a waste product of cellular function.
Well you're body basically runs off of food and water so whatever you eat is how you will feel, if you eat steak you're entire life well you will have problems. But you're respiratory system helps with a few things, if you get a good night sleep and you will feel okay but it also recalls to the food. You never want to eat food 3 hours before you go to sleep. If you do you will feel like a walking zombie. You're body goes through 3 stages while sleeping. The first stage is going to sleep. The 2nd stage is the deep sleeping relaxing all you're muscles and letting you're body rest and extend if you are still growing. And the final stage is waking up. Now you're body is like you're hands if they fall asleep, they need time to wake up. The 3rd stage takes around 2 hours or so. If you get plenty of sleep you will feel really good. Now everything relies on food, so i have problems with my health that i've gained from my mom. I have weight problems so i can eat a entire cake and barely gain a single pound. unlike others doing that gaining 5 to 3 pounds. So we ditched meat and went cheagin thats going vegan, and vegetarian we still have some dairy but not all of it but we mostly eat healthy items, like strawberry and banana's its simply cut strawberries and banana's with whole strawberries blended up into the blender for the sauce, then you mix it together and put it in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes to cool up.
