Answer: This is mine response :

My friend Jane wants to start weight training that focuses on improving her muscular endurance. My mother is a fitness teacher for the police department, she worked at the academy, and she has always told me that lifting weight is an art. She use to lift weigh heavy at the gym until she got a body fracture, which changes everything. From that happening, she discovered all that heavy weight she was lifting had damaged her discs in her back. So I would share this with my friend Jane. My mother has taught me to lift with non-weight bearing type of weight lifting. I would have Jane stretch and do some simple yoga. I would also show her how to use a resistance band, a Pilate bar, the stair climber, the total gym and the ab lounger. Jane and I would do the following Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we would start by warming up by jogging a 5 min light run, then stretch for about 5 mins to ensure my ligaments are flexible and my muscle are loosen up and warmed up. Use resistance bands to provide some resistance bands when I use the total gym to avoid any major weigh bearing. On Tuesday and Thursday we would focus on our core muscle by doing yoga to focus on those muscle and to do a speed run. Each week I would slowly increase the number of sets and the band level. I take precautions since my mother made we vigilant about my lower back and maintaining it to be health so I have no disc or back issues when I grew up.
