We have the following system of equations:

The first equation is a parabola and the second one is a straight line. So if we isolate [tex]y[/tex] in each equation as follows:
[tex](1) \ y=x^2+2 \\ (2) \ y=\frac{x}{4}+2[/tex]
We can plot these two equations where the resulting graph is shown in the figure below that represents the solution of this system of equation.
