1) Workers should have some say in their working conditions- This would most likely be said by a labor union. The whole purpose of creating a labor union is to have workers organize to fight for better working conditions. During the 1800's, labor unions become a significant part of American society.
2) Unskilled workers should not expect to receive high wages- This would most likely be said by management. Business managers often reward individuals with unique skill sets by paying them more.
