COMMISSION FOR GENDER EQUALITY (CGE)
Established by the South African government with the role of leveraging state accountability on gender equality obligations and commitment. Its powers and functions of CGE are set out in Commission on Gender Equality Act, Act 39 of 1996 Section 11.
