Remark
Method One
The easiest way to do this is pressing control and then home together. That will take you to A1. But it only takes you to A1

Method Two
I think a better command to know is Control G or F5. That offers you an option of where you want to go. This powerful command puts you just about anywhere in any of the programs related to excel like word.  Here are the steps

Example
Press F5 (on my spreadsheet)
The two top input boxes ask you for the row and column that you want
The top box requires a letter or letters for the columns
The bottom box requires a number for the rows.
Press enter
When you are done, you need to dismiss the box. Press the red x in the upper right corner.

Method 3
There is a white box just above the upper left corner of the visible screen. It has your current location in it. Suppose you have V8003 listed there and you want to go to A10
Just type A10 in the white box and press enter. Back you go to A10
