The author uses an objective point of view, if it was omniscient the author would know the thoughts and feelings of all the characters but from the line,"...you may select the options that best fit your needs." it is clear that the author doesnt know what we would choose/ our thoughts and feelings. This goes for limited omniscient too.
Limited omniscient is the thoughts or feelings of one characters perspective only.
Omniscient is thoughts and feelings of multiple characters, knowing what everyones POV is.
Objective is a detached POV and more factual, almost never showing opinion or knowledge of others opinons.
First person would contain the pronouns 'I, me, we' and so on.
