Goals should follow SMART strategy which includes measure, attainability, and deadline:
S: Specific, it means you should exactly know what you want to accomplish, in details.
M = Measurable: you should be able to quantify your progress so you can track it and know that you reach it
A = Attainable: Goals must be achievable.
R = Realistic: your goal should be realistic and within your reach
T = Timely/Time Bound: Is your goal deadline driven?
