If 2 lines are perpendicular, their slopes are negative reciprocal.

  y = 2x + 2,
Slope m=2,
slope of the perpendicular line is -1/2.

y=mx+b
m=-1/2
y=(-1/2)x+b
 We have point (6,3) to find value of b.

3=(-1/2)*6 + b
3=-3 + b
b=6

y=(-1/2)x+6

Answer is : y=(-1/2)x+6
