The vertical asymptotes are found where the denominator = 0.  If we factor out an x we will have x(-4x + 7).  Therefore, x cannot equal 0 and -4x + 7 cannot equal 0, and -4x cannot equal -7, and x cannot equal 7/4.  So the V.A. are 0 and 7/4
