When efforts of one good worker can
often motivate others to reach their potential, to that process is referred as –
modeling. The good worker is a model or certain “idol” in this situation which
inspires others to work harder, or to install values at work.
This type of effect is the process
of learning by looking at the idol/model called social learning theory. This
theory was represented by Albert Bandura and it considers that people are
learning through ” the willingness to imitate behavior observed in others”.
