Patriarchy is the term used to portray the general public in which we live today, described by present and memorable unequal power relations amongst ladies and men whereby ladies are deliberately distraught and persecuted. This happens crosswise over relatively every circle of life yet is especially observable in ladies' under-portrayal in key state organizations, in basic leadership positions and in business and industry.
