The Constitution is interpreted by the judiciary, and at times we see that something can be deemed constitutional at one point and unconstitutional at another (Plessy vs Ferguson and Brown Vs Board). Do you think this weakens or strengthens the legitimacy of the Judicial branch of government? Do you think the rights of citizens are more likely to be threatened or protected because of these changes?
