Reply to your classmate: I am currently working with a client who is about to age out of services. He is 16, but he needs social skills and the clients we have aren't near his age right now. One of the struggles that aligns with the reading is the family not knowing where their child should go. I spent so much time digging through options that worked with the client's age, where they live, and that work with individuals with autism. There were so few options. It broke my heart. We did end up finding a place after some digging and research.
