Discuss the legitimate functions of law in society. Do you agree with laws that prohibit gambling? Drinking while driving? Underage drinking? Prostitution? Liquor violations? Drugs? Helmet laws for bicycles or motor- cycles? Leash laws? Seat belts? Smoking in public places? Can you think of any paternalistic laws not mentioned above?
