My name is Joleen, but I prefer Jo. I am retired from floor nursing and hope to get into another line of nursing and this course seems to offer a lot of insight and knowledge about nursing. I appreciate the challenge of learning. I do have a certificate in Legal Nurse Consulting but non practicing at this time. I feel this particular class will help refresh a lot of what I learned prior or introduce new aspects of the legal side of nursing. I spend a lot of my free time with my grandchildren. I have a 16-year-old grandson and his 10-month-old sister to keep me busy. I end up doing a lot of my schoolwork late at night because I baby sit my granddaughter so her mom and dad can work without worry of having to look for childcare. My husband works for the government as an accountant, and most of his work is telework so it's been nice to spend more time with him. I look forward to getting in to this class and hope the best for all of you!
