What kind of access will I have (a firm administrator) to users' physical desktops and Citrix environments? I update random apps that are far outside the scope of ProCirrus as well as help people with issues through screen sharing etc. on a daily basis. Can we discuss what this will look like?
a) This would be possible with ProAssist
b) This would be facilitated through ProAccess
c) This would require ProControl for such access
d) This access falls under ProConnect for administrator assistance
