Each group will make a 1:2 serial dilution (using water) of the unknown so that a total of eight dilutions are made. You must make enough in each tube to measure in the spectrophotometer (~5mL). Measure the absorbance of each dilution at the appropriate wavelength. Concentrations of stock solutions:
a. Evans blue: 13.6 mg/dl (λmax 600nm)
b. Orange G: 5 mg/dl (λmax 480nm)
