What are the small brown
Lines in this apple?
I’ve been seeing these in a particular type of apple sack I buy. Each have atleast 10-20 of these tiny brown lines. These apples are marked as “honey crisp,” and this hasn’t happened before, only just now and it’s a continuous occurrence. I friend said it could be larvae, and that got me thinking I was eating something potentially dangerous to myself. What is the best possible answer about these brown little lines? I believe this is biology because it’s an apple but I’m most likely wrong…
