1.Unit 2 says that you may be asked some unexpected questions at future job interviews. You were given two examples of possible unexpected questions based on soft skills. Come up with two more examples (different from what is in the unit) of ‘soft skill-based’ questions.

2.When you think about a leader, what words would you use to describe that person? Give an example of someone that you view as a leader and describe the qualities that make them a leader.

3.Being adaptable means being flexible and willing to change. Describe a time in your life or a situation when you had to be adaptable. How might the situation have been different if you were not adaptable?

4.Imagine that you are interviewing a candidate for a project manager position at your company. What would you be looking for in this candidate? Describe some things that this person might say that might cause you to NOT hire them. Explain.

5.Unit 2 described several different types of communication. Which do you feel is the most important to being a good leader? Explain why.
