In this activity, you will complete the 5.3 Leadership Skills Questionnaire located at the end of Chapter 5 of the textbook. This is not an electronic questionnaire, so you will need to complete it manually on a piece of paper (the questionnaire will not be submitted). After completing the questionnaire, score and interpret your responses as described on page 122.
For this short writing assignment, please answer the following questions writing a paragraph for each:
List the scores you received on the questionnaire. Based on what you know about yourself and the scores you received in the three areas (administrative, interpersonal, and conceptual), how would you describe your leadership skills? (3 points)
Which specific skills are your strongest, and which are your weakest? What are a couple of things you can do to improve your skill sets? (2 points)
What impact do you think your leadership skills could have on your role as a leader? Discuss.
