No matter what your role or job title, if you want to communicate across generations - and all differences - you have to become expert on how to best communicate with the people you want to communicate with. How do you do that? It's quite simple:
A. You practice and get feedback.
B. You vary the way you convey information; use multiple methods and/or media.
C. You ask. Ask about how to best communicate with that person.
D. You make a point of having one-on-one conversations every day with as many people as possible.
