Dr. Gardner had a chocolate bar on her desk this morning. When she looked for it after lunch, she noticed it was missing, but she found a hair on her desk. She collected DNA from the hair and from each of her TAs in hopes of finding the guilty party. She amplified two STR regions from the hair, herself, and her 5 TAs.
