You are absolutely correct in stating that those who know TWC will still have negative opinions. As part of the rebrand, I would also make it public knowledge that some of the leadership has been replaced and that new decision makers are in control of things. Besides the name change, being under new management can also help sway the public to realizing that some of the bad calls of the past will not happen again in the future. This might also restore some confidence in the eyes of shareholders that invest in the company. I think everyone can agree that a strategy is necessary here. More-so than just a name change. As usual we would return to the steps and do some research to determine the correct course of action. Thanks for sharing.
