Computer users are divided into two camps: Mac and PC users. Mac users believe that Macs are better than PCs because they are more secure and are less likely to be affected by viruses and malware. PC users counter that the belief that Macs are more secure is a false conclusion rooted in a lack of visibility – Mac users represent a very small percentage of computer users. Mac users respond that the small population of Mac users makes them less likely targets, since swindlers generally prefer to affect the largest group of computer users possible.
