Pt presents with fever, sore throat, malaise, headache and skin rash. He has had unprotected sex with 3 women in the last yr. On exam he has a full-body maculopapular rash and several raised, grey mucosal patches in the mouth. He also has cervical, axillary, inguinal lymphadenopathy and epitrochlear lymphadenopathy. Dx?
