Bria Nesmith stated that working in the special education field had been great experience overall and has made her into a caring teacher that she is today. " I have become more knowledgeable about teaching and providing remediation when necessary. I have experienced challenges as it relates to finding resources to provide support to students with disabilities". This school year is a little different because she was as a Para in high school for 4 years and this year has transitioned into a middle school teacher of ELA and Math . My interest and expectations has not changed when it comes to my career choice but with the help of these two ladies I am learning how to navigate everything that I need to know to get through my day as a new teacher who never worked in education before.
