When the documents are silent with regards to the vote required to change the bylaws, changes in an association's bylaws become effective:
A. When approved by the owners of not less than 2/3 of the units and recorded in the public records.
B. When approved by the owners of not less than 3/4 of the units and recorded in the public records.
C. When approved by the owners of not less than 1/2 of the units and recorded in the public records.
D. When accepted by the board.
