The second notice of the election in a condominium must be provided:
A. To the unit owners not less than 35 days in advance of the election.
B. With the notice of the membership meeting which must be mailed, hand-delivered or electronically transmitted to each unit owner at least 14 days in advance of the meeting.
C. Not less than 90 days prior to the election.
D. Not less than 45 days prior to the election.
