The Deficit Condominium records must be maintained:
A. Within the city where the condominium is located.
B. Within the state of Florida and be available for inspection within 45 miles of the location of the condominium or with the county where the condominium is located.
C. Within the county where the condominium is located
D. At any locations approved by the board
