Bradbury has some harsh words for the majority of the population. Faber tells Montag that Beatty belongs to the "most dangerous enemy to truth and freedom, the sold, unmoving cattle of the majority". What does this mean, why is the metaphor used there appropriate, and do you think this is true to some extent today?
