Scenario: You are employed by the largest company in your small town. Today, your manager had the task of telling you and your colleagues that the company has filed for
bankruptcy and that half of the employees will be let go in two weeks. Unfortunately, you are among those to be cut.
Write a letter to a member of your local/regional government urging him/her to step in to protect those jobs. Include in your letter the effects a mass layoff/firing would
have on your family, your local economy and on the town in which you live. Include information you learned from this journey and at least one outside resource to
support your argument. Your letter should be one page in length.
