Assignment Purpose: In this assignment, you will outline how you would provide feedback to an employee Scenario: You are the manager of a team of 15 people. Your team supervisor, Aaron, is responsible for creating the schedule for the team which includes the start, end, and break times for the team. When an error arises, including not scheduling enough team members or not scheduling breaks properly, the other team members that are working take on more work and responsibilities during that shift and it can impact your team's ability to deliver on good customer service. You're not entirely sure why these mistakes are happening, and other team members have come to you frustrated about the mistakes. You want to talk to Aaron about your observations. For your write-up: 1. For 5 points - As the manager, what would you say to Aaron? (1 point for each required part for any feedback conversation, 1 mark for thoroughness of message, and 1 mark for overall professionalism of message) 2. For 3 points - How will you know if your feedback has been successful?
