Noah Bissell is the mastermind behind the company's ale brew and leads the company as the Head Brewer. Seth, the general manager of Bissell Brothers, thought of Noah as a "nice kid with a lot of beer knowledge when he first met him. Peter leads design and strategy. Peter and Noah started the company with no prior knowledge of starting a factory. There were times that Peter thought the whole idea was just crazy.
