Dr. the Honourable Nigel Clarke, Minister of Finance and the Public Service has stated that the Jamaican tax system needs to be reformed. As a University tax student advice Mr. Clarke on three areas that you believe the Jamaican tax system can be improved and for each suggestion, give the reason for your recommendation.
