In the PhET simulation window, click the Real Molecules menu in the top left comer of the screen. Select the corresponding molecule and click on the molecular dipole check box in the View menu on the right. Use the Molecule dropdown box to choose a different molecule. Indicate whether each molecule is polar or nonpolar. Drag the appropriate items to their appropriate bins.
