Part 2: Audio
You will record your audio or verbally present your audio to an adult.
Choose one of the following options for submitting your work:
Option 1: Audio Presentation
Submit an audio presentation of your commercial.
Submit the Commercial Script Worksheet.
Option 2: Verbal presentation to your guardian
You may read your commercial aloud to your parent, guardian, teacher, or other adult.
The adult you present to will fill out the presentation rubric and you will submit it.

Submit a video recording of your commercial.

Option 4: Audio with visual attachment
Submit a slide show or other type of presentation with audio.
Submit the visuals as a photo, file, slideshow, or other type of presentation.

As you complete the audio portion, focus on these five audio features:
Preparation: Your presentation should be rehearsed so it flows smoothly.
Volume: Your voice should be loud enough to be easily heard.
Clarity: Your words should be clearly pronounced and easily understood.
Variety: Your speaking voice should be varied and entertaining.
Pace: The speed of your presentation should not feel sluggish or rushed.
Option 2: Presentation Rubric
If you do not wish to record your audio, you can read your commercial aloud to your parent, guardian, instructor, or other adult. After you have practiced your commercial by yourself, give your parent, guardian, instructor, or other adult the following rubric and ask them to evaluate your verbal presentation.
Present your commercial verbally, taking care to use appropriate volume, clarity, variety of vocal inflection, and pace.
After they fill out the rubric, submit it with your commercial script.
