17 year old high school student, went to a car dealer to buy a car. She found a nice 4 year old vehicle in her price range and went to sign the paperwork. After learning Tina was 17, the dealer said "I can't sell this to you, as you may not understand what your doing". The dealer would state this is missing in the agreement.
