according to research, students perform better in classes where everyone feels respected, accepted, and safe. even yet, creating a cohesive classroom community is challenging. preceptors must consider how their responses affect the community when problems are present in the classroom. especially in times of war, preceptors can learn how to create united societies. preceptors can learn the essential strategies for fostering a positive environment in a delicate classroom from building community in a challenging classroom.
