Your essay will describe the recent history of bipartisan relationships in national, state, and local government. Your essay should have at least four paragraphs,
• the first on how bipartisan relationships have improved recently,
• the second paragraph on how bipartisan relationships become more challenging recently,
• the third paragraph on ways to encourage more bipartisanship,
• and the fourth paragraph on whether you think that bipartisanship is generally a positive or negative part of politics.
